Bright Night Pink Gin – A Flirty Little Bottle of Fun

This bottle is basically a party in liquid form and it’s a gorgeous gift from Burnie in Tassie. The soft pink colour is giving sunset on a beach vibes and it kinda makes you feel fancy without even trying.

It smells a bit like trodding through a berry patch with a bouquet of fresh flowers in your arms. Lots of ripe raspberry and strawberry whiff, with a hint of rose and a just enough piney juniper just to remind you it’s still gin.

It drinks really well. Smooth and fruity, but not in a sickly sweet way. The red murtis berry notes come through first, then a little citrusy zing, and finally some warming cinnamon and clove spice sneaks in and gives it a bit of sass and depth. It’s super easy to sip and dangerously drinkable with some soda and fresh raspberries.

This stuff is perfect for a gin and tonic. Add a splash of capi dry tonic, some fresh berries, maybe a twist of grapefruit or a sprig of mint. It’s also killer in a cocktail. Try it in a French 75 with a pink twist or muddle it into a berry smash for something fun.

Think picnic in the park, rooftop sunset drinks, or just treating yourself after a long week. It’s playful, light-hearted, and just a little bit cheeky. If you like your gin with a side of personality, Bright Night’s got you covered.

Oh and if you want a side of philanthropy with your Friday tipple, Pink Gin now contributes to the conservation of the Little Penguins in Burnie, Tasmania.

RRP $99 from their website or in some small independent stores
